this also tastes yummy with .75 cup of walnuts or whatever nuts you prefer.

this also works just as well as muffins, baked for aronud 18 to 25 minutes.

preparation

  1. grease a standard loaf pan with butter or parchment paper.
  2. mash bananas in a mixing bowl. add egg, vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon and stir well to combine.
  3. in a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. add to the banana mixture and stir to comnbine.
  4. gently stir in melted butter. bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before placing onto a cooling rack or separate serving container.
